My interest in performance began long before executive leadership through academic foundations in sports science and clinical physiology.
I became fascinated by the relationship between physiology, resilience, behaviour, wellbeing, motivation, and sustained high performance - principles that have shaped both my leadership philosophy and the way I work with organisations today.
Over the last two decades, I have built a career across healthcare and medtech, progressing from frontline clinical roles through to senior international executive leadership positions across Europe.
